As Doula's, we pride ourselves in providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. This is a great opportunity to get personalized information in a one on one setting.
What's Included:
- free initial consultation
- 3 prenatal visits
- up to date and evidence based teaching including labour positions, comfort techniques, stages of labour, medical interventions, headspace and more.
- hands on practice (positions/comfort measures etc.)
